Photographs of Africa

Too many times, people perceive the entire continent Africa to be filled with poverty and disease. It is important to realize that there are some areas of Africa where this is true, but this does not represent the entire continent of Africa. Poverty and disease are not Africa. Africa is much more than that. First and foremost, Africa is a place of beauty. It is a place of pride. I hope these photographs give you a better insight into the Africa of today and cause you to re-think your assumptions.
