Philosophy

My personal goal for my future classroom is to excel my students to grow and expand to their full potential. I want children to know there are no limits in life, and that they are perfectly capable of succeeding in anything they put their minds to. I want my students to know that they are the only ones they have to satisfy. Throughout the year spent in my classroom, children will be encouraged to work towards meeting the goals and expectations they have set for themselves.

I want children to feel like they have control of their learning environment. The children will be responsible in setting classroom rules, and making sure the rules are followed by everyone in the classroom. By doing this, the classroom will be just as much theirs as it is mine. The classroom will function in a productive, straightforward manner; therefore providing a safe learning environment. I want a classroom where everyone can feel comfortable in reaching and soaring towards their educational goals. No matter what the circumstances, every child is entitled to the tools it takes to get a quality education. Throughout the time each child spends in my classroom this is exactly what I plan to provide for each and every child that walks through my door every morning and gets on the school bus every afternoon.
